Does anyone know anything about the barking dog(s) in the backyard of one of the apartment buildings on the block bounded by Sacramento, Hyde, California and Larkin streets?

This started a few months ago. Several times every day the dog owner lets the dog(s) go into their building's backyard. The dog(s) bark and bark and bark until finally the owner brings the dog(s) back inside. It often goes on for hours, and often happens very late at night. I've heard it at 3am more than a few times. Other neighbors occasionally yell out their windows at the dog owner. I think I heard somebody say something out their window about there being more than one dog. I can't see any of this from my place, but it's become really annoying. I have no idea who the dog owner is, whereabouts s/he lives, or whether anyone has tried to deal with this. Do you?

I'm thinking of kicking my roommate out. I'm sick of his new found coke habit. It's ruined his personality, turning him into a complete jackass, and it's fucking up his ability to pay rent. It's a studio, so the person's gotta be cool with sharing space. The apartment's on Bush st, it's a very secure building, and the area is free of bums. Their half of the rent would be $497.50 a month. The lease is up in february and after that I'm moving to Portland. But if you know of anyone who's chill, can pay rent reliably, and needs a place to live for a couple months please let me know.

I'm laid back, drama free, 420 friendly (though I myself don't smoke), and am very respectful of other people's space and belongings. I'm looking for someone with these same qualities. Basically so long as they're trustworthy and respectful of my crap then there shouldn't be any problems. Let me know if you or someone you know fits the bill. Thanks!
