I'm no expert on this, but I think of that as the Russian Hill area. It really does seem to be right in between though, John. I really think there should be a Russian Hill tribe, or one that combines Nob and Russian Hills, since I live nearby and would love to hear any news about businesses, restaurants, and neighborhood developments in both areas. Does anyone know if there is a separate Russian Hill tribe on here? I did a quick search, and didn't find one searching under "Russian Hill," though I know sometimes people name their tribes under zip codes.
